The solution is used by both the patient and the clinical team. FRISQ is also an interoperability thought-leader and innovator. Examples of this leadership consists of having integrated FRISQ Care with four Nordic EHR systems, including the two market-leading EHR systems in Sweden.

FrisQ is part of a testing scenario on medication reconciliation and collaborative care plan and will contribute to WP3, WP4, WP5 and WP6.

A TASTE OF OUR WORK
FRISQ offers a solution that brings together everyone in the care chain to ensure high-quality care and maximal patient engagement. By using care plans in chronic disorders it is possible to obtain data adaptable for multiple use (clinical documentation, clinical Research, quality assurance). The inherent interaction with the patients allows us to estimate health literacy, compliance, general health experience and diagnose specific health measures.
