Gravitate Health's MVP Testing

You are invited to participate in the third test of the Gravitate Health app functionalities. Please remember that the app is a test environment.

The goal of Gravitate Health is to enhance patient experiences through personalized digital resources.

Two testing opportunities are available, each varying in duration and the features being assessed:

1. MVP3 Testing for participants interested in short-term engagement, that involves:

  • completing one introductory script followed by two test scripts and
  • taking an online questionnaire to assess usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction

2. Extended MVP3 Testing for participants willing to engage over a 4-week period. This includes completing:

  • a pre-test online questionnaire Take the Q 
  • one introductory script followed by six test scripts throughout the 4 weeks.
  • a post-test online questionnaire to help us assess the potential for behavioral changes, as well as gather feedback on technical feasibility and user experience.

Testing period & evaluation: 02 June – 31 August 2025

Preparing for the testing

[1] To take the test, you will assume the role of Alicia, born in 1998, who manages health conditions including depressive disorder, HIV, and being overweight. Your task is to explore the functionalities of Gravitate Health across various scenarios, providing valuable feedback on technical aspects and user experience.

[2] Download the app where you can test the features. Please follow the steps below, depending on our operating system:

For Android (Beta version)

For iOS (TestFlight version)

Step 1: Join the Beta Program

Open the shared link on your Android device.

Tap “Become a Tester”.

 

Step 2: Install the App

After joining, you’ll see a link to download the app from the Google Play Store.

Tap “Download it on Google Play”.

Tap Install.

Once installed, open the app and start testing!

 

You may need to wait a few minutes after joining the beta for the download to be available.

Step 1: Install TestFlight

Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Search for TestFlight or use this direct link

Tap Get and install TestFlight.

 

Step 2: Accept the Invitation

Open the link on your iOS device.

Tap “Accept” to join the beta.

 

Step 3: Install the App

After accepting, you’ll be redirected to the TestFlight app.

Tap Install next to the app name.

Once installed, open the app and begin testing!

Don’t forget to log into the app using Alicia’s credentials:

The testing journey for the MVP3 Testing (short) involves three stages:

  • Introduction: Exploring Alicia’s Medications and the G-lens® Functionality
  • Test Script 1: Sudden Headache and Over the Counter (OTC) Medication
  • Test Script 2: Traveling and Medication Management

 

The testing journey for the Extended MVP3 Testing involves the introduction plus 6 test scripts:

  • Test Script 1 and 2: same as in MVP3 Testing above
  • Test Script 3: Planning for parenthood
  • Test Script 4: Navigating Weight Loss Challenges with Xenical
  • Test Script 5: Vaccination and Interaction Concerns
  • Test Script 6: Proactive Mental Health Management

[4] After completing the testing of the Gravitate Health app, we invite you to participate in a brief evaluation to further share your thoughts and insights.

MVP3 Testing In this test we are focusing on usability, accessibility and user satisfaction with the functionality. Post Extended MVP3 testing This feedback, combined with the pre-test data, will enable us to assess potential behavior changes and gather insights on technical, feasibility, usefulness, and usability aspects.
