Gravitate Health Hackathon #2 invites participants to go beyond the traditional medicine leaflet and reimagine how health information can be transformed into personalized, accessible, and impactful digital tools.
By developing lenses—tailored views of the leaflet that adapt to individual needs—participants will create new ways for patients and healthcare professionals to engage with information that truly matters to them. Through patient-centered design, cutting-edge technology, and real-world healthcare insights, teams will prototype solutions that empower individuals to better understand, manage, and engage with their treatments.
The challenge is not only to innovate but to ensure these innovations deliver meaningful, real-world impact across diverse patient journeys and healthcare ecosystems.
