Registration for Gravitate Health Hackathon#2 is open!
Hackathon enthusiasts are invited to register and participate in Gravitate Health's second Hackathon, a hybrid event —to be held in Athens, Greece and remotely, on December 9 to 11, 2025. Teams will participate in the “Design G-lens® Contest”, with the challenge being to “Develop a lens!”

The Hackathon provides a great opportunity to showcase the federated open-source platform (FOSP) that Gravitate Health has developed, so participants are invited to test its usability, build on it and contribute to its improvement. Constructive feedback on further development and new ideas will be very valuable.
By creating lenses, the Hackathon teams will contribute to the sustainability of Gravitate Health vision opening opportunities for the creation of new markets.
What does the challenge “Develop a lens!” entail?
Participants will define more lenses than are already available and discuss potential for developing different types of lenses, as well as discuss implementation strategies.The Gravitate Health Hackathon Awards
Hackathons are about celebrating and recognizing the most promising contributions. Therefore, we are thrilled to announce that three prizes will be awarded at Hackathon #2 to showcase the journey from design to innovation to impact.
- First Prize: The Design Award (5,000 €), to honor excellence in user-centered design solution, with high innovation potential and market impact.
- The Innovation Award (2,500 €) to highlight bold, forward-looking ideas that advance digital health.
- The Impact Award (2,500 €) to acknowledge the solution with the strongest potential to generate meaningful benefits for patients and healthcare systems.
