Gravitate Health consortium members Lene Lunde, João Almeida, Catherine Chronaki and Anne Moen will hold a panel session on August 10, titled “Empowering Patients through Digital Health: Innovative Solutions and Collaborative Strategies in a Transforming Landscape.”
The panel will address global challenges like responsible personalization of health information; diverse user needs as well as health and data literacy. By focussing on effective use of electronic medicinal Product Information (ePIs) and ethical considerations in digital health, speakers will discuss balance between innovation and patient-centred care, highlighting the implications for enhanced patient engagement and value creation in the digital health landscape.
Speakers will present how Gravitate Health project stimulates patient engagement through novel digital solutions like the Gravitate Lens (G-Lens®). With the G-lens®, we can personalize health information to better meet specific needs, leveraging HL7 FHIR interoperability resources like FHIR electronic medicinal Product Information (ePI) Implementation Guide (IG) and the International Patient Summary (IPS).
During the interactive session panellists will engage the audience in discussion.
