Speakers shared the overall vision for the project, followed by insights from the users and their specific information needs for medicines for IBD, and what nurses and doctors often discuss with the patients. Also, examples were presented of the focusing mechanism on the medicinal product information to draw attention to relevant details for the patient about a particular medicine. Participants from the audience shared other self-management experiences and underlined the importance of close user collaboration to create digital tools.
